I'm 58, no vacinnes since I was 6, no medications. Feel 👍 👌. Don't eat the best, have ice cream odd time but no pop or candy or fast food. I eat butter(real), breads without the crap in it, eggs from huderites….blood pressure like a 28year old. Don't exercise but don't overeat. Probably 20lbs overweight but can double time 4 flights of stairs. DON'T EAT FOODS WITH ADDITIVES, PRESERVATIVES AND SUGARS!
